Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to our policy as outlined in the booking confirmation.
Refunds will be provided according to the terms specified in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation more than 60 days before your check-in date
You'll receive a full refund minus a $250 service fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your scheduled check-in date, unfortunately, you won't be eligible for any refund and the full booking amount will be retained.
Credit Card Fees
Please note that any credit card processing fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Booking and Payment
Reservation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit taken at the time of booking.
Payment: The balance of the total accommodation cost is due 60 days before check-in, unless otherwise specified.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in may be accommodated, notice will be provided one day in advance.
Check- out time is 10am.
Upon departure we kindly ask that the property is left neat and tidy.
All dishes are washed and put away.
All rubbish removed.
Maximum Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the accommodation.
House Rules
Guests are expected to comply with all house rules provided by the accommodation provider.
Guests are responsible for all damages caused to the accommodation and its contents during their stay.
Pets are not allowed at any of the properties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation or on the balconies. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violation of this policy.
Liability
The accommodation provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of guest property.
The accommodation provider is not responsible for any personal injuries that occur on the premises.
Termination
The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the stay if guests violate these terms and conditions.
Privacy
The accommodation provider adheres to a privacy policy, which can be reviewed on our website.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against the loss of your deposit or any payments made if you need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Disclaimer
Please be aware that the property you reserved may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to find you alternative accommodation that meets your requirements.
Agreement
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
